The year 2020 is of a good start as we had a chance to explore the beautiful country of Mexico. My wife’s family is from the state of Jalisco (proximately 2 hours to the west of Mexico City). Guadalajara is the capital and largest city of the Mexican state of Jalisco, and the seat of the municipality of Guadalajara.

We had a chance to tour the city of Guadalajara. Stayed a few days in Tonalá where we had a great time with family. We went as far east towards Tecolotlán and Juchitlán where my wife’s family is from.

The Culture and Life
The people, food and music was fantastic. Mexico is blended bteween the good, the bad and ugly. Overall experience was incredible. If you enjoy photography, you wont be bored capturing beuatiful photos.
Entertainment and Festival
We enjoyed the annuel festival in Tecolotlán. It was my first time seeing the Toros in the Plaza. The Plaza de Toros in Tecolotlán is a facility dedicated to bullfighting, concerts, and other entertainment functions.

Family
The best part of the trip was spending time with family. My daughter had the chance to see where her grandparents came from and toured the houses they built. She also had a chance to spend time with her 96-year great grandfather.
